Cathy A. Braun
Cathy grew up in a large Italian Catholic family of eight children. Immediately after high school she began working in municipal government while taking college classes at night. She received her Associate's degree in Business Administration and went on to receive her degree in Financial Administration and began her career in the financial industry. This career included the leadership of Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, Investments and Marketing. It was during this same time period that she was dealing with great personal pain in her private life. These events focused her on seeking out God to gain insight about His plan for her life.
While attending a Bible study at City Hall, she experienced Jesus Christ in an incredible life changing way. There was a special spiritual gifting activated and Cathy began to ask God for understanding as to whether this was for healing people or for some other purpose. After much study of the Bible and completing her Pastoral studies at an international training center, her love for God and for people increased dramatically.
She began "knowing" things that were going to happen, and significant events about to take place and therefore understood the intercession that was needed. Often times there was an urgency to intercede for sports figures, Hollywood celebrities, public policy individuals and other well known people. Praying for their protection and well being became an assignment from God. Realizing time after time that God is a God of love, she co-labors to this day, with the Holy Spirit, to turn situations to the will of God.
Cathy travels extensively in the United States, to pray for the presence of God to come and change situations. She has mentored numerous individuals in various walks of life, to assist them in understanding their natural and spiritual giftings. She teaches and volunteers in several local school districts, including inner city districts. She has a life giving impact wherever she goes. There have been remarkable changes in schools and their surrounding communities as the glory of God comes.
Her life is dedicated to serving Jesus Christ and advancing His Kingdom. Her passion is seeing individuals, businesses, professionals, school districts, and cities prosper and experience reformation. She is down to earth, and practical in her counsel.
